• The Services are provided for informational and administrative purposes only
• Any documents generated are based solely on user-provided information and automated systems
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all notices before use
• You should consult a qualified attorney for legal advice regarding your specific situation.

3. User Responsibilities

By using NoticeLogic LLC, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and contracts
• You will review all generated notices before sending
• You understand that incorrect input may result in incorrect outputs

4. Payments and Credits

NoticeLogic LLC may offer Services through one-time purchases, credit packs, or subscription plans. All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

Credits:

• Represent usage rights within the platform
• Are non-refundable once used
• May be subject to expiration or usage policies (if applicable)

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
